Our promise for quality work and honest repairs ♥️

Coverage

  • All repairs and modifications come with a 90-day workmanship warranty
  • This covers issues directly related to the work performed (e.g. solder joints, part installations, wiring)
  • Parts supplied by Replay Revive are covered against manufacturer defects during this period

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, physical breakage)
  • Wear-and-tear unrelated to the repair (e.g. stick drift after joystick replacement if caused by external damage)
  • Software, data loss, or customer-installed content
  • Issues caused by prior or third-party repairs

Process

  1. Contact us at: support@replayrevive.com
  2. Provide a description of the issue and order details
  3. Ship or drop off the console for inspection

Note: Diagnosis is free under warranty. If the issue is unrelated to our work, standard repair fees may apply.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • If a repair is covered under warranty, labor and parts are free
  • If a console is deemed unrepairable, return shipping is still required

Additional Notes

  • Turnaround time depends on the current queue. (See our Mods & Repairs page for current estimates)
  • Every console is treated with care, and we’ll always be upfront about whether a repair is worth pursuing
