Shipping & Tracking

We do our best to make shipping simple, safe, and transparent. Below you’ll find information about order handling, shipping times, costs, and how to track your package once it’s on its way

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in the order they’re received
  • Average turnaround depends on the service chosen (see our Mods & Repairs page for current queue times)
  • Once your console is finished and tested, it will be securely packaged and shipped out

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost depends on your location and the size/weight of the order
  • Return shipping is always added to the final invoice unless a prepaid label is included with the order
  • If a console is deemed non-repairable, the customer is still responsible for return shipping

Tracking Your Order

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (unless the order was shipped with a return label)
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier
  • If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry. Your package is moving through the system

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees
  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Please allow extra time for customs clearance

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package leaves our hands, shipping carriers are responsible for transit
  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link and contact the carrier first
  • We’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times
