Returns & Refunds

We want every repair and upgrade to leave you feeling like it was worth it. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your console
  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition they were returned in (no additional damage or tampering)
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our end

Refunds

  • Repairs & Mods: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. If a console is deemed unrepairable after diagnosis, the repair fee will not be charged, but shipping costs still apply
  • Completed Services: Once a repair or modification is completed and verified working, refunds are generally not available
  • Products/Parts: Unused parts or accessories can be refunded within 30 days of purchase

Exchanges

If an issue is identified with workmanship or defective parts within the warranty period, we will repair or replace at no cost (excluding shipping)

Process

  • Email us at support@replayrevive.com with your order details
  • We’ll provide instructions on return shipping
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is received and inspected
